All Events

The 2019 Maryland Senior Olympics will be held from May 1 through Oct. 7 at venues in Montgomery County, Howard, Anne Arundel, Baltimore City and Frederick counties. This year we’ve added two new sports as part of our state games, trap shooting and Wii Bowling, and another that you may have missed last year, Air Gun!

To participate, you must be age 50 or older in 2019. The Maryland Senior Olympics are open to both Maryland residents and out-of-state athletes. Registration deadline for most of our events is two weeks prior to your event or earlier if capacity is reached. You’ll be able to get all the details you need to know through our website and in the 2019 Information and Registration Guide. You can download the guide or request one via mail by emailing us your name and address at info@mdseniorolympics.org or by calling 240-777-4930.

Please be sure to read the General Information for Participating prior to registering with us.

Online Registration

Thanks to our partners at fusesport and our friends at the National Senior Games Association, Maryland athletes (teams and individuals) have a fast, easy and convenient way of registering and paying quickly online. There is a $5 processing fee for each online registration. Payment is through PayPal but you don’t need an account; you can pay by credit card.

Once registered for the 2019 games, you can view or update your registration at any time by selecting “Update or Add Events to my 2019 Registration” and entering your confirmation number and last name.

If you are registering for a partnered event, be sure to have the full name, date of birth and email address for your partner. The online registration system will send an invitation to your partner or give you the opportunity to accept an invitation from your partner. It may be easier to arrange for one of you to register first, then the other register when they receive the partner invitation.

Mail-in Registration

If you prefer to register by mail, download the form b elow, fill it out, and mail with payment.  If you are registering for a partnered event, be sure to include your partner’s name and date of birth on your mail-in form. Incomplete forms may cause you to lose your spot in an event. In addition to the $5 registration fee for all athletes, there is a $5 processing fee added to mail-in applications.

Team Registration

Team Captains:
Register your team.

For 2019, a non-qualifying year, registration for team events will be by mail-in registration only. Mail the team roster along with a team member registration form for everyone on your team, along with the team payment.
