2025 National Games Registration: What You Need to Know
Dec. 7, 2024—Online registration is underway to participate in the 2025 National Senior Games in Des Moines next summer with the exception of pickleball, which opens Jan. 30. If you qualified through the Maryland Senior Olympics, all of our results have been verified. There are 18 qualifying sports, so let your fingers do the walking and sign up through these links:

The National Games will send you a message to verify that you or your team has qualified and remind you of important dates. But you don’t have to wait for that message. So, whether you live in Maryland or qualified through us from another state or D.C., you can make your plans for Des Moines.
The qualifying sports are archery, badminton, basketball, bowling, cycling, golf, pickleball, race walking, racquetball, 5k and 10k running, shuffleboard, softball, swimming, table tennis, tennis, track and field, triathlon and volleyball.
You do not need to qualify to play these sports: Basketball shooting skills, beach volleyball, billiards, cornhole, disc golf, golf scramble, 8v8 soccer, powerlifting, power walking and tai chi.
