Track & Field, Swimming Dates
For 2025 Nationals Qualifying

Our big track and field event returns to Howard Community College in Columbia, Aug. 3-4, including our walking events. Both activities are qualifiers for the 2025 National Senior Games in Des Moines. This is a USATF-sanctioned meet.

The MSO swim meet will be held at Germantown Indoor Swim Center in Boyds with 16 events on Sept. 7. This time trial does not include the new springboard diving event. That event is being held Sept. 29 at the same center.

For men and women aged 50-plus, these activities are qualifiers for the 2025 National Senior Games in Des Moines. All MSO sports events are open to out-of-state participants. Registration opens in April.
